ВАТ СКБ “Дністер” погасив облігації серії А

Банк “Дністер” здійснив погашення власних облігацій серії А обсягом 1,5 млн. грн. Облігації були розміщені за ціною, вищою за номінал, та перебували в обігу з 01.10.2002 р. по 30.06.2003 р. Їх номінальна дохідність складала 21%.
Окрім того банк “Дністер” виплатив купонний дохід за облігаціями серій А, В, С у сумі 284 тис. грн.

Облігації зазначених серій зі строком обігу 9, 12 та 18 місяців, номінальною дохідністю 21%, 23% та 25% та щоквартальною виплатою купона були розміщені банком у жовтні 2002 року.
Банк “Дністер” емітував облігацій на загальну суму 5 млн. грн.
