Засідання Господарського суду м. Києва з розгляду справи за позовом Державної служби охорони при МВС України до Асоціації українських банків про захист честі та гідності та стягнення 1000000 грн., призначене суддею О. Дудуном на 21 січня 2003 року, знову не відбулось. Тепер у зв’язку з письмовою заявою про відвід судді О. Дудуна, поданою представниками ДСО керівництву суду в день слухання справи. Відповідно до статті 20 Господарського процесуального кодексу України питання про відвід судді повинно бути вирішено керівництвом суду в триденний строк з дня надходження заяви, тобто до 24 січня 2003 року.

Sessions of the Kyiv Economic Court on hearing the case against the plaint of the State Security Services at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to the Association of Ukrainian Banks as to protection of honour and dignity and recovery of Hr. 1,000,000 fixed by Judge O. Dudun on January 21, 2003 did not take place again. This time it occurred in connection with a written declaration as to challenge to Judge O. Dudun, filed by a State Security Service representative to senior officials of the court on the day of the case’s hearing. Pursuant to Article 20 of the Economic Code of Procedures of Ukraine the question on a challenge to a judge is to be decided on by senior officials of the court within 3 days of the day of submitting an application that is by January 24, 2003.
