On August 21, 2025, a meeting of the Council of the Association of Ukrainian Banks (AUB) was held, during which key issues related to the organization's activities and the development of the financial sector were discussed.

AUB President Andriy Dubas presented the Executive Body's report for the period from March to August 2025. The Council members noted the Association's effective work, particularly in the area of interaction with state institutions and the promotion of initiatives aimed at strengthening the financial market.
Following the discussion, the Council decided to convene an extraordinary AUB Congress, approved its agenda, and determined the time and place of the event.Particular attention was paid to membership issues.

New members were accepted into the Association:

• European Payment System LLC
• WEB DREAM TECHNOLOGIES LLC

During the meeting, personnel changes in the work of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the AUB were also considered.
The Association expressed its sincere gratitude to Anatoliy Zhukov for his many years of conscientious work as Chairman of the Court, presenting him with a personalized AUB watch and a letter of appreciation.
At the same time, in accordance with the AUB charter, President Andriy Dubas proposed the appointment of a new head of the Permanent Arbitration Court. The Council supported this candidacy, and Yuriy Bilokon became the new Chairman of the Court.
Under the heading “Miscellaneous,” SB Club President Denys Ovcharov gave a presentation on the results of the ranking of Ukrainian financial institutions in the field of financial security.

The meeting ended with the adoption of a number of decisions aimed at strengthening the Association's institutional capacity, expanding its influence on the formation of financial policy, and ensuring transparency of activities for all market participants.
