AUB and the Ministry of Social Policy cooperate to improve the mechanism for providing administrative services to Ukrainians during martial law
On January 8, a meeting of the working group of the Association of Ukrainian Banks and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine was held. The participants of the event discussed the issues of improving the mechanism of providing administrative services to the population and the possibility of involving an extensive network of Ukrainian banks in this process.
The AUB and the Ministry of Social Policy plan to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at improving the Ministry's interaction with the banking community. In particular, they are considering the implementation of a project aimed at providing a certain list of administrative services, which can be expanded later, with the involvement of a network of bank branches.
During the event, the participants of the working group noted that the provision of timely administrative services to Ukrainian citizens is one of the priorities of state social policy, and Ukrainian banks will join this process, if necessary, by providing the necessary technical and technological support.
The Ministry of Social Policy is currently analyzing the technical feasibility of implementing a project aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of administrative services to Ukrainian citizens.
The cooperation between the AUB and the Ministry of Social Policy is intended to increase inclusiveness and provide convenience for the population in obtaining the necessary administrative services.
