"Ukrfinzhytlo" will focus on the primary real estate market, leaving the secondary market behind
"We will focus on the primary market (...) and maybe not even possible, let's promise: we will completely close the secondary market as such, maybe in a year", - noted the head of "Ukrfinzhitla"
According to him, such a step is part of a larger strategy of adaptation to the changing demands of society and improvement of housing conditions for citizens.
In addition, the chairman of "Ukrfinzhitla" emphasized that the company plans to provide about 12,000 mortgage loans worth UAH 20 billion in 2024, hoping for the support of the international community to increase these volumes.
"If we manage to agree, perhaps, on some kind of support with our international society, we will increase these volumes. The program scales very easily," he emphasized.
