The Association of Ukrainian Banks and the Association of Private Enforcement Agents of Ukraine are strengthening their cooperation in the areas of enforcement of court decisions, banking activities, and financial legal relations. On August 17, 2026, the parties signed a Memorandum outlining the main areas of their joint work.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to unite the parties’ efforts to develop systematic, constructive, and mutually beneficial cooperation. The document also provides for the exchange of professional experience and the effective use of both associations’ potential in the areas of enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other authorities, banking activities, and financial legal relations.
- Key areas of cooperation include:
- organizing and conducting joint seminars, roundtables, conferences, forums, training sessions, and other professional events;
- participating in professional development programs for private enforcement agents;
- conducting fundamental and applied research on current issues related to the enforcement of court decisions and banking activities;
- providing expert input on draft laws and other regulatory acts;
- preparing proposals and recommendations for improving relevant legislation;
- exchanging professional information, analytical materials, and practical experience in the areas of enforcement of court decisions, financial legal relations, and law enforcement.

After signing the document, representatives of the Association of Ukrainian Banks presented Oksana Rusetska with a commemorative coin from the Association of Ukrainian Banks and a plaque titled “Courage”—featuring a fragment of an armored cash transport vehicle that saved lives on the front lines at the start of the full-scale invasion.
