Igor Prykhodko has been appointed CEO of NovaPay. He assumed his duties on August 11, 2026.
Igor Prykhodko has worked in the banking sector and at non-bank financial institutions for over 23 years. He has held executive positions since 2005. Over the years, he has worked at leading Ukrainian banks, including Nadra Bank, TAScombank, and other financial institutions.
Igor Prykhodko joined the NovaPay team in November 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. Over the course of ten years with the company, he has become one of the key architects of its development, initiating, developing, and implementing a number of financial products and services that are now an integral part of NovaPay’s business.
“Igor has been with NovaPay throughout its ten-year journey and knows the company inside and out. He was directly involved in implementing key transformations that enabled NovaPay to become one of the leaders in Ukraine’s financial market. I am confident that his experience, strategic vision, and deep understanding of the business will help the company move to the next stage of its development,” said Vyacheslav Klimov, co-founder of the NOVA Group of Companies.
Before being appointed CEO, Ihor held most of the key management positions in the banking sector, gaining comprehensive experience in financial management, risk management, business development, and commercial operations. It is this combination of expertise that allows him to equally well understand client needs, regulatory requirements, and the company’s ambitious plans for further development. In 2022, Igor Prykhodko voluntarily enlisted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, participated in combat operations, and was subsequently granted veteran status. After completing his military service, he returned to NovaPay and continued to develop the company.
“NovaPay is currently in a phase of active growth. My goal is to maintain this momentum and ensure that the company’s strategy doesn’t remain on paper but is embodied in the team’s daily decisions. We will continue to develop digital products, scale our payment infrastructure both in Ukraine and abroad, and implement new financial solutions. This will allow us to create the best customer experience, deliver real value to users, and ensure the company’s sustainable growth,” said Ihor Prykhodko, CEO of NovaPay.
