For us, this marks an important stage in the development of the secondary market for our bonds. Following a successful initial offering, the instrument is now fully traded on the market: investors can buy and sell bonds through trading platforms, monitor market quotes, and make their own investment decisions.
On June 12, the bonds were included in the List of Assets of the regulated stock market of PJSC “Perspektiva Stock Exchange.” This means that our bonds are now available for purchase and sale on two trading venues licensed by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC):
