NovaPay announced that Igor Syrovatko is stepping down from his position as CEO.
The decision was made by mutual agreement following discussions about the future management structure of the company as it moves into the next phase of its development.
Igor Syrovatko will remain with the company until the end of March to ensure a smooth transition of key processes, tasks, and areas of responsibility to the team.
Igor Prykhodko, who previously served as NovaPay’s CFO, has been appointed acting CEO of NovaPay.
The NOVA Group thanked Igor Syrovatko for his collaboration and contribution to the company’s development. “We are grateful to Igor for his work and wish him success in his future professional endeavors,” the company stated.
Igor Syrovatko himself thanked the shareholders and the team for their trust and collaboration, expressing confidence in NovaPay’s future development.
