На черговому засіданні Ради АУБ було розглянуто та затверджено банківську галузеву Програму ліцензування програмних продуктів Microsoft® (Програма), яку було розроблено спільними зусиллями АУБ та українського представництва корпорації Microsoft.

Розрахована на 3 роки Програма надає банкам-членам АУБ та їх афілійованим особам економічно більш сприятливі умови ліцензування порівняно зі стандартними корпоративними Програмами, які пропонуються компанією Microsoft: вищий (до 25%) рівень базової знижки, придбання лише за бажанням деяких обов'язкових опцій, безкоштовне надання технічної підтримки та консультацій та інше.

Програмою охоплено основні програмні продукти, які широко використовуються у вітчизняних банківських установах: операційні системи Windows, пакет офісних застосувань Office St/Pro та серверні програмні застосування.

До реалізації Програми залучатимуться сертифіковані партнери компанії Microsoft в Україні, актуалізований список яких буде публікуватися на Web-сайті компанії. На АУБ, у рамках реалізації Програми, покладено виконання функцій координуючого органу.

Реалізацію Програми буде розпочато вже найближчим часом після здійснення процедури формального підписання Меморандуму про наміри між АУБ та ТОВ "Майкрософт Україна", про що банки-члени АУБ будуть додатково поінформовані.

At the regular meeting of the Council of the AUB the field Program on licensing of Microsoft® software was considered and approved. It was developed by joint efforts of the AUB and the Ukrainian representative office of Microsoft Corporation.

3-year Program creates for banks of the AUB and their subsidiaries favourable economic conditions in licensing as compared to the standard corporate programs proposed by the Microsoft Company: higher level (up to 25%) of basic discount, acquisition of some compulsory options at will, free of charge engineering support and consultations, etc.

The Program includes the main software products that are widely used in national banking institutions: Windows operating systems, Office St/Pro packets and server-based software.

In the implementation of the Program only certified Ukrainian partners of the Microsoft Company, the updated list of which will be posted in the Web-site of the company, will participate. The AUB, in terms of the Program, is appointed as a coordinating body.

The implementation of the program starts after the formal signing of the Memorandum on intentions between the AUB and LLC “Microsoft Ukraine”. The banks which are members of the AUB will be provided with the detailed information in short time.
