PSM AWARDS 2025 Results: UPC Wins “Silver” for Processing and “Bronze” for Open Banking Platform

Ukrainian Processing Center (UPC) received further recognition of its leadership status in the Ukrainian payments market at the 10th anniversary PSM Awards ceremony. The company received a “silver” award for its processing services, as well as a “bronze” award for its Open Banking platform, OneLinkUA, in the “Best SaaS Solution in Fintech” category.

UPC has consistently ranked first or second in the “Best Processing” category since 2020, when the organizers added this category to the list of PSM Awards. Last year, UPC completed the migration of most of its clients to NCR’s Authentic processing platform. This step significantly simplifies the implementation of innovations to improve services for client banks. In 2025, another domestic bank joined the company’s processing client base, a testament to the competitiveness of UPC’s services.
As for the second award, this is the first time UPC has received it. The OneLinkUA platform, which was recognized at the PSM Awards, aims to aggregate all Open Banking APIs of Ukrainian banks into a single Ukrainian hub. Among other things, joining it will allow payment service providers to connect to all of Ukraine’s Open Banking services through a single processing center. This important step is part of a large-scale project aimed at creating a single, convenient, and open platform for all professional market participants.

Incidentally, the company recently announced the launch of full-scale operations as Ukraine’s first Open Banking provider using a SaaS cloud model, marking a new phase in the development of open banking in the national financial services market. This move is a continuation of UPC’s long-standing strategy in the development of payment infrastructure and fintech solutions. During the preparation process, the company updated its information statement in accordance with the requirements of the NBU’s Regulation on Open Banking and obtained the status of a technology operator, which officially confirms the company’s readiness to operate within the new ecosystem.

“We are very grateful to the organizers of the PSM Awards and to all colleagues who supported UPC during the voting for this recognition. Year after year, this award remains an important indicator of progress in the development of Ukrainian fintech. We will continue to make every effort to maintain our leading position and once again be included in the list of winners of this prestigious award,” commented Anton Romanchuk, Chairman of the Board of UPC.

The PSM Awards (PaySpace Magazine Awards) is an annual nationwide award established in 2016 as a platform to recognize companies, startups, and experts in the financial technology sector. Every year, hundreds of companies participate in the PSM Awards, and tens of thousands of users take part in the voting. The evaluation process consists of several stages: application submission, open public voting, and selection by an expert jury and the editorial board of PaySpace Magazine.
