Competition for the position of Chairman of the Board of the National Development Agency: application deadline extended to April 22

The Supervisory Board of PJSC “National Depository of Ukraine” continues to accept applications for the position of Chairman of the Management Board. The decision dated March 30, 2026, aims to attract a wide range of qualified candidates and conduct the selection process with the utmost transparency.

Stages of the Competition

The competition consists of two stages. In the first stage, candidates submit their documents. In the second stage, the Supervisory Board conducts interviews with the selected candidates. Based on the results, the Supervisory Board determines the candidate to be considered at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which has the authority to make the final decision on the appointment.

Candidate Requirements

A candidate for the position of Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC “NDU” must meet the requirements for the head of a professional capital market participant, specifically the provisions of Chapter 1, Section 4 of Standard No. 2 of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) (Decision No. 1289 dated December 30, 2021). The Supervisory Board expects candidates to have a deep understanding of the principles and practices of the capital market, as well as strong leadership and management skills. During the interview, the candidate will present their vision for the strategic development of NDU in the medium term.

— a cover letter indicating that the candidate’s qualifications and professional reputation meet the requirements for the position, in particular the requirements of Chapter 1, Section 4 of Standard No. 2 “Corporate Governance in Professional Participants of Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets”
— the candidate’s resume

The Supervisory Board may request additional documents to verify the candidate’s qualifications.
